Orders and Cancellations

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail").
Once your order has been processed you would receive a second email giving details of airway bill and the approximate time of delivery.
If a product goes out of stock or has been removed from the site before checkout, it will also be removed from the cart.
Users below 18 years of age are not allowed to do shopping from our website. Esnad Supplies is not responsible if any minor (below the age of 18) places an order and makes a purchase. It is the responsibility of the legal guardian.
All the orders will be treated in the same way, but Esnad Supplies reserves the right to cancel an order due to any reason and the reason would be communicated with the Customer immediately. The full amount charged to customer will be refunded accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services On-line, Two days before the delivery date. Same day orders cannot be cancelled.
As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.
